Rita Rudner at the Flagler Auditorium

Details: Appearing often on HBO, Rudner was a frequent guest on both Late Night with Letterman and The Tonight show during the time. Some of her credits include, "Rita Rudner's One Night Stand", her first solo HBO special, "Born to Be Mild" and "Married Without Children". She performed all over the country, filling Carnegie Hall in NY three times and the Universal Amphitheater in L.A. twice. She's also performed sell–out tours internationally in Australia and England. Details: Each month there are 14 individuals who present seven minutes of their creative performance. Book Sale And Classic Cars Planned For Flagler County Library

When: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Where: Flagler County Library, 2500 Palm Coast Parkway Northwest, Palm Coast
Cost: Free to attend
Details: An outdoor book sale offering bargains on everything from books to puzzles and great cars on display.

“We will have a wide variety of material from hardcover books, trade paperbacks, mass market paperbacks, CDs, DVDs, audio books, book sets, children’s books, puzzles and activity books and more,” said Friends of the Library president-elect Peggy Mattingly. “All items will be priced well below retail value. We have a back log of material and everything must go.”

Tickets now available for third Shakespeare in the Park, "Romeo and Juliet" 

When: 7 p.m. Thursday and Friday, 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday, 3 p.m. Sunday
Where: Palm Coast Arts Foundation, 1500 Central Ave., Palm Coast
Cost: $25 for PCAF members, $35 for future members, $15 for students with ID
Details: Set in the 1950s, Palm Coast City Repertory Theatre and the Palm Coast Arts Foundation’s production will infuse Shakespeare's oft-told tale with a fresh and riveting look. 

“We have two spectacular talents playing the leads," said John Sbordone, CRT creative director. "Lillie Thomas [Juliet] just won the Orlando Sentinel's critic's pick as Best Actress in a Musical for 2019. Brent Jordan [Romeo] is simply the best young male talent around."

“This is our third year to partner with the City Repertory Theatre in bringing Shakespeare to the community," said Nancy Crouch, PCAF executive director. "His words live throughout time, and the Palm Coast Arts Foundation is looking forward to yet another Shakespeare in the Park series. This series has grown each year and an additional matinee performance has been scheduled to accommodate the demand. We look forward to how John Sbordone spins a modern twist on the 1595 romantic tragedy of William Shakespeare.”
