A house with a lake view in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of Dec. 6-12 in Flagler County. Dieter Kopf, of Bohemia, New York, sold 6 Via Verona to David and Christine McMurtry, of Palm Coast, for $649,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,309 square feet. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

 

Condos

 

SWAC LLC, of Alpharetta, Georgia, sold 1100 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 1021, to Edward and Joyce Tissiere, as trustees, for $325,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $510,000.

 

Linda Bishop, of Flagler Beach, sold 3600 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 317, to Robert Todd Sr., of Flagler Beach, for $140,500. Built in 1984, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 693 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $90,000.

 

Cypress Knoll

Vintage Estate Homes LLC, of Melbourne, sold 184 Eric Drive to James and Maria Stewart, of Palm Coast, for $270,550. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,189 square feet.

 

George Moody

Janet Burkley, individually and as trustee, sold 1227 S. Flagler Ave. to Suzanne Eichler, of Flagler Beach, for $301,000. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,512 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $78,000.

 

Betty Jo Strickland, of Bunnell, sold 209 S. 7th St. to Kathy Watts and Leslie Gulbronson, of Longwood, for $260,000. Built in 1990, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,853 square feet.

 

Grand Haven

George and Gayleen Ousley, of Columbia, Missouri, sold 10 Chinier St. to Ronald and Carol Pfister, of Palm Coast, for $395,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,433 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $345,000.

 

John and Linda Demkar, of Naugatuck, Connecticut, sold 107 W. Waterside Parkway to Kathleen Kivel, of Palm Coast, for $233,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,647 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $234,700.

 

Grand Landings Phase Two

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 147 N. Coopers Hawk Way to Wendy and Michael Lynch, of Palm Coast, for $280,290. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,042 square feet.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 30 Barrington Drive to John and Michele Petrelli, of Palm Coast, for $219,990. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,637 square feet.

 

Lehigh Woods

Michael Jones and Danna Herron-Jones sold 5 Radnor Place to Maria and Oscar Sosa, of Palm Coast, for $187,500. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,263 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $129,600.

 

Palm Harbor

Toni Paschal and Gregory Swartz, of Palm Coast, sold 2 Flarestone Court to Gerry and Antonia Agerbek, of Smartsville, California, for $475,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,663 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $412,500.

 

Duane De Luca, individually and as trustee, sold 2 Cedarwood Court to Leland Wavell and Cage Wavell, of Palm Coast, for $370,000. Built In 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, boat dock and 2,128 square feet.

 

Gladys Beauboeuf, of Palm Coast, sold 26 S. Claridge Court to William and Marcelina Rothwell, of State College, Pennsylvania, for $350,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,547 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $205,000.

 

Christopher and Laura Bukolt, of St. Augustine, sold 51 Farraday Lane to Kara and Kyle Bettis, and Esther Aikens, of Palm Coast, for $270,000. Built in 1975, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, boat dock and 1,252 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $224,000.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 43 Park Place Circle to Nestor and Patricia Tomasi, of Orland Park, Illinois, for $269,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,092 square feet.

 

Pine Lakes

William Knott Jr. sold 49 Woodbury Drive to Ana Triana, Urbano Arias and Hilda Triana, of Palm Coast, for $187,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,566 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $155,000.

 

Plantation Bay

Kathryn Decker, of Portland, Oregon, sold 1022 Stone Lake Drive to Kerrie and Jeffrey Roland, of Ormond Beach, for $465,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,565 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $374,500.

 

Quail Hollow

Alice Welch, of Palm Coast, sold 30 Zebulahs Trail to Joseph and Alina Mroz, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,836 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $120,700.

 

St. Johns Development

James and Judith Massfeller, individually and as trustee, sold 665 County Road 2006 W. to Roy and Savannah Payne, of Bunnell, for $305,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a barn and 2,686 square feet. It sold 2012 for $249,000.

 

Sea Colony

Edward and Gabrielle Schillo, of Palm Coast, sold 41 Bristol Lane to Louis and Natalie Thackston, of Palm Coast, for $287,500. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,320 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $258,000.

 

Seminole Woods

Jorge and Nelly Rossi, of Deerfield Beach, sold 1 Sea Shark Path to Nighel Jackson, of Palm Coast, for $427,735. Built in 2006, the house has seven bedrooms, six baths, a swimming pool and 5,904 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $253,900.

 

Rose Salgado, of Palm Coast, sold 9 September Place to Nicholas Cruz, of Ormond Beach, for $187,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,598 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $199,900.

Applied Building Development of Orlando P.C. Inc., of Davenport, for $500,000. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,712 square feet.
