The top seller for Jan. 4 to Feb. 28 in the Hammock is in Ocean Hammock. Robert and Lisa Bernabucci sold 61 Northshore Drive to Robert Slingsby, of Palm Coast, for $1,562,500. Built in 2008, the house has four bedrooms, five baths, two half-baths, a fountain, swimming pool, elevator, fireplace and 6,505 square feet.

 

Ocean Hammock

Scott and Kelly Willis, of Dallas, sold 115 Ocean Way N. to Atlantic Coastal Properties LLC, of Palm Coast, for $740,000. Built in 2015, the house has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, an elevator and 3,427 square feet.

 

Ernest and Maria Bio, of Ponte Vedra, sold 21 Cypress Wood Drive N. to Andrew and Mary Bilinski, as trustees, for $660,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,176 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $581,000.

 

Edward Boscaiso, of Colts Neck, New Jersey, sold 22 Atlantic Place to Jerry Barnes, of Palm Coast, for $519,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 3,855 square feet.

 

John and Carol Hickory, individually and as trustees, sold 77 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 621, to William and Ausma Wade, as trustees, for $485,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $584,100.

 

Robert and Patricia Hershock, of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, sold 1200 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 1161, to Richard and Mary Hines, of Stony Brook, New York, for $340,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $719,000.

 

Dennis and Lazara Wellman, of Midlothian, Virginia, sold 4 Sweetbay Drive to Charles Dillon, of Palm Coast, for $279,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,333 square feet.

 

 

Hammock Dunes

Anna Barnes, of Orchard Lake, Michigan, sold 28 Porto Mar, Unit 602, to Anthony and Priscilla Longo, of Palm Coast, for $1.3 million. Built in 2007, the condo has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,864 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $1.8 million.

 

Clifton and Debra Sheffield, of Flagler Beach, sold 9 Hammock Oak Court to Louis and Gail Lizotte, of Palm Coast, for $1,175,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, boat house and 4,847 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $1,050,000.

 

Roger and Kathryn Goddu, of Lake Forest, Illinois, sold 7 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 201, to John and Tina Haack, of Palm Coast, for $1 million. Built in 2003, the condo has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,100 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $992,900.

 

Edward and Phyllis Boykin, and Cynthia Van Maanen, as trustees, sold 1056 Camino del Rey Parkway to Sandra Mohr and Shalat, of Palm Coast, for $750,000. Built in 2015, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 3,000 square feet.

 

Jeremy Mirabile and Lissette Anamaria, of Ponte Vedra, sold 11 Sandpiper Lane to Olivier and Kelley Besoux, of Palm Coast, for $605,000. Built in 2008, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,236 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $676,000.

 

Celeste Connolly, of St. Augustine, sold 13 Laguna Court to Leona Brent, of Palm Coast, for $345,000. Built in 1993, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,184 square feet. It sold in 2004 for 315,000.
