Harold and Jill Parrott, of Palm Coast, sold 12 Scarlet Oak Circle to Kevin and Cory Doughtery, of Palm Coast, for $575,000. Built in 2014, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,180 square feet.

Condos

Richard Torrance and Julie Bryant, of Bismarck, North Dakota, sold 905 Ocean Marina Drive to Caesar and Barbara Esperanza, of Windsmere, for 234,500. Built in 1989, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,140 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $140,000.

Anthony Montaldi, of Ewing, New Jersey, sold 41 Village Circle to Warren Schaich, of Webster, New York, for $150,000. Built in 1982, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,665 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $120,000.

Grand Haven

Zack Resnicoff, of New York, sold 7 Jasmine Drive to Robert and Patricia Austin, of Cheswick, Pennsylvania, for $430,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,707 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $444,500.

Indian Trails

Igor and Olga Melnichuk sold 53 Round Thorn Drive to Williams Hensley, of Palm Coast, for $252,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,723 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $247,500.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 26 Big Bear Lane to Jorge and Doris Vargas, of Oakland Gardens, New York, for $239,900. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,265 square feet.

Kristi and Roger Prendergast, of Palm Coast, sold 34 Burning View Lane to Grady and Shelia Richardson, of Pembroke Pines, for $235,000. Built in 2015, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $198,800.

Janet Webster, of St. Louis, Missouri, sold 16 Burnell Drive to Robert Brown, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,522 square feet.
