The top seller goes for $2.1 million

The top real estate transaction for the week of April 26 through May 2 in Flagler County was a house in Ocean Hammock. Beverly Webster, of Goode, Virginia, sold 7 Ocean Ridge Blvd. S. to Federico and Maria Michanie, as trustees, for $2.1 million. Built in 2014, the house has five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a shared dune walk, elevator, fireplace, swimming pool and 6,753 square feet.

Condos

Gilda Sine and Howard Glenzer, of Daytona Beach, sold 20 Porto Mar, Unit 304, to Arthur and Susan Scott, of Palm Coast, for $535,000. Built in 2004, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,150 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $495,000.

Comad LLC, of Redington Shores, sold 800 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 754, to Phillip Ogilby and Jane Baysore, of Oregonia, Ohio, for $495,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $670,000.

Edna Jones, individually and as trustee, sold 1766 Central Ave. N. to Brian Grabowski, of Wolcott, Connecticut, for $225,000. Built in 1981, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,080 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $170,000.

Natalia Kulik sold 45 Riverview Bend S., Unit 1947, to James and Kathleen Distefano, of Spencerport, New York, for $184,000. Built in 2006, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,115 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $356,900.

Grand Haven

Barry Naus and Judith Moyer, individually and as trustees, sold 13 Scarlet Oak Circle to James and Kelly Gracey, of Palm Coast, for $735,000. Built in 2014, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,509 square feet.

Evelyn Collazo, of Dunwoody, Georgia, sold 9 Hidden Lake Way to Wilma White, of Palm Coast, for $355,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,272 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $390,000.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville sold 143 Coopers Hawk Way N. to Karla Osorio, of Palm Coast, for $224,990. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,798 square feet.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville sold 127 Golf View Court to Paula Morris, of Bunnell, for $183,990. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,714 square feet.

Hammock Dunes

John and Lura Damron, individually and as trustees, sold 6 Rue Renoir to Kent Bailey, of Ormond Beach, for $632,250. Built in 1993, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,963 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $625,000.

Indian Trails

Aurora and Antonio Coelho, of Palm Coast, sold 18 Burroughs Drive to Sheilyn Oms, of Palm Coast, for $255,000. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,404 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

Devorah Lohse, of Palm Coast, sold 23 Roxboro Drive to Diamantino and Isabel Augusto, of Palm Coast, for $277,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,085 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $230,000.

Violet Elmer, of Palm Coast, sold 11 Ryberry Drive to Richard and Coleen Dugan, of Lake Worth, for $215,900. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,228 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $143,100.

Flagler County Holdings LLC, of Flagler Beach, sold 44 Radford Lane to Andrew Jones and Yuliya Karelson, of Palm Coast, for $171,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,292 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $110,500.

Palm Harbor

Zhigang and Xiaohua Liu, of East Brunswick, New Jersey, sold 117 Cimmaron Drive to Paul Howell, of Palm Coast, for $390,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 1,697 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $325,000.

Richard Afflick and Errol Lloyd, of Palm Coast, sold 9 Fieldstone Lane to Brendlyn Assisted Living LLC, of Palm Coast, for $229,500. Built in 2004, the house has five bedrooms, three baths and 3,271 square feet.

Irina Kreyman, of Monroe Township, New Jersey, sold 27 Fernon Lane to Paula Henderson, of Palm Coast, for $214,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,261 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $215,200.

Stephen Nicastro, James Nicastro and Lizette Spitz-Nicastro, of Ormond Beach, sold 28 Philmont Lane to Rose Wetmore, of Palm Coast, for $159,900. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,247 square feet.

Pine Lakes

Edward and Sandra Kneeland, and Edward Kneeland III, of Palm Coast, sold 9 Willard Place to Alfredo and Sandra Matos, of Palm Coast, for $199,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,006 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $167,000.

Plantation Bay

Gary and Barbara Jump, individually and as trustees, sold 649 Southlake Drive to James and Linda Adkins, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,111 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $399,900.

Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 676 Elk River Drive to David and Susan Banghart, of Ormond Beach, for $369,465. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,088 square feet.

Everlast Homes Inc., of Jacksonville, sold 11 Smith Trail to Teresa Anavi, of Palm Coast, for $282,900. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,482 square feet.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 73 Utah Place to Jan and Gary Lasater, of Palm Coast, for $212,563. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,540 square feet.

Silver Lake

Thomas and Elizabeth Quinn sold 2013 Daytona Ave. N. to Stephanie Lanich-Luther and Robert Luther, of Flagler Beach, for $322,500. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,037 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $170,000.
