The top seller gets almost $2 million

A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of July 26 to Aug. 1 in Flagler County. Richard and Grace Bennington, of Port St. Lucie, sold 25 Ocean Ridge Blvd. S to Richard McCarthy, as trustee, for $1,875,000. Built in 2012, the house has five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, shared dune walk, swimming pool, elevator and 5,151 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Condos

Richard and Stacy Butterfield, of Lakeland, sold 200 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 145, to CB Onefortyfive LLC, of Oviedo, for $445,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $424,000.

Iris Rodriguez, as trustee, sold 47 Summerwind Circle to The Unger Family Trust, of Palm Coast, for $167,500. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,143 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $131,300.

Lisa Barry, of Rockland, Massachusetts, sold 40 Club House Drive, Unit 203, to Julia Munoz-Payano, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 1977, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,160 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $117,000.

Belle Terre

Zinaida Kats, of Brooklyn, sold 1 President Lane to Larry and Flora Korik, of Staten Island, for $171,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,008 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $229,000.

D.R. Horton Inc. — Jacksonville sold 20 Waterfront Cove to Susan Shea, of Palm Coast, for $380,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,042 square feet.

Cypress Knoll

Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 31 Egan Drive to Cornealis and Mellisa Donahue, of Palm Coast, for $315,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,417 square feet.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. — Jacksonville sold 221 Grand Reserve Drive to Eugene and Gail Morgan, of Bunnell, for $234,990. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,798 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc. — Jacksonville sold 119 Golf View Court to John and Darlene Christofaro, of Bunnell, for $192,010. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,898 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc. — Jacksonville sold 140 Crepe Myrtle Circle to Victor Quintero, of Palm Coast, for $250,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,799 square feet.

Hammock Beach

Harvey Allen Management LLC, of Georgetown, Texas, sold 30 Hammock Beach Circle to David and Debra LaGassa, of Palm Coast, for $892,500. Built in 2013, the house has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, elevator and 4,351 square feet.

Michael and Carolyn Mugno, of Lutherville-Timonium, Maryland, sold 30 Northshore Ave. to Alfred and Lynn Gagliardi, of Palm Coast, for $840,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,705 square feet.

Steven and Natalie Ginnow sold 4 Burgundy Place to Moses Lamb and Charlesh Jackson, of Columbus, Ohio, for $214,500. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,637 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $272,000.

Nathaniel Nusz, of St. Augustine, sold 10 Boulder Rock Drive to Michael and Donna Roman, of Palm Coast, for $205,000. Built in 1986, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,383 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $120,000.

Lehigh Woods

Roland Baltazar, as trustee, sold 3 Regent Lane to Joyce Ratliff, of Palm Coast, for $219,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,979 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $265,000.

Gerard Pratt Jr., of Howell, New Jersey, sold 42 Riverview Drive to Tara Sutton, of Palm Coast, for $207,0000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,404 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $302,000.

Martin and Alexis Auerbach, of Easton, Maryland, sold 13 Deerwood St. to Edmund and Lisette Lewis, of Palm Coast, for $499,900. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, an elevator and 2,990 square feet.

Sandra Kearns, of Palm Coast, sold 29 Deerwood St. to Earl and Marcella Glisson, of Palm Coast, for $445,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,385 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $308,000.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 62 Luther Drive to Mariusz and Kinga Komenda, of Staten Island, for $240,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet.

James Pedro and John Mercurio, as trustees, sold 23 Louisiana Drive to Rickie Quillen, of Palm Coast, for $194,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,859 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $209,900.

Arthur and Sharon Clark, of Palm Coast, sold 161 London Drive to Tavora Properties LLC, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 1993, the house has two bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,430 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $190,000.

Palm Harbor

Shannon Gomer, of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, sold 323 Palm Drive to Chad Lord, of Flagler Beach, for $640,000. Built in 1967, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a boat dock, boat house and 3,000 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $180,000.

Pine Lakes

Thelma Delapaz, of Crown Point, Indiana, sold 90 Whippoorwill Drive to Fred Hanson, of Palm Coast, for $195,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,361 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $136,100.

Plantation Bay

Volusia Residential Construction LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 819 Creekwood Drive to Daniel and Rose Boyle, of Ormond Beach, for $368,670. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,094 square feet.

G. Neil and Donna McNaughton, of Glen Cove, New York, sold 34 Magnolia Drive N. to David Warner and Cinyi Wang, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,460 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $350,000.
