The top selling house from Feb. 2 to April 5 in Plantation Bay sold for $639,000. MJMPB Investments LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 623 Woodbridge Drive to Michael and Gabrielle McCormick, of Ormond Beach. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,649 square feet.

Herbert Hunter and Faruza Kalaba, of Chicago, sold 1081 Hampstead Lane to Gregory and Anastasia Pretko, of Ormond Beach, for $629,900. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, three-car garage and 3,685 square feet.

Bonda Garrison, of Ormond Beach, sold 1092 Hampstead Lane to Daniel and Lynn L. Simpson, of Briarcliff Manor, New York, for $565,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,702 square feet.

Leo and Donna Mauricio, of Ormond Beach, sold 965 Stone Lake Drive to Samuel and Janis Higgins, of Ormond Beach, for $495,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,698 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $430,700.

Patricia Davis, individually and as trustee, sold 702 Woodbridge Court to Michael and Mary Jiloty, of Ormond Beach, for $475,000. Built in 2013, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,784 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $415,500.

Hollis and Jean Boss, of St. Augustine, sold 7 Bay Pointe Drive to Johnny and Sandra Mosley, of Houston, for $415,000. Built in 1987, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,420 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $270,000.

Samuel and Janis Higgins, of Ormond Beach, sold 801 Westlake Drive to Robert and Tamala Geiger, of Ormond Beach, for $380,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,368 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $523,700.

James and Janice Figola, individually and as trustees, sold 105 Bay Lake Drive to Glenn and Margaret Beck, of Hampton, Virginia, for $327,500. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,114 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $375,000.
