The top real estate transaction in Plantation Bay for April 14 through June 23 was the house at 1117 Oxbridge Lane. Mike and Marjan Kargar sold the house to Werner and Angela Kruck, of Ormond Beach, for $1.05 million. Built in 2001, the house has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 5,352 square feet.

MJMPB Investments LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 621 Woodbridge Drive to Alswinn and Lynnette Kieboom, of Ormond Beach, for $700,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,962 square feet.

Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 671 South Lake Drive to Mark and Mary Redden, of Gaithersburg, Maryland, for $544,035. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths a fireplace and 2,740 square feet.

Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 654 Southlake Drive to Christopher and Elinor Cord, of Ormond Beach, for $537,640. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,898 square feet.

Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 636 Southlake Drive to Dan and Jane Riedinger, of Ormond Beach, for $423,875. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,263 square feet.

Robert and Bette Eames sold 1045 Hampstead Lane to Antonio and Ana Pires, of Trumbull, Connecticut, for $404,900. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,639 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $75,000.

Gary and Barbara Jump, individually and as trustees, sold 649 Southlake Drive to James and Linda Adkins, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,111 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $399,900.

Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 676 Elk River Drive to David and Susan Banghart, of Ormond Beach, for $369,465. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,088 square feet.

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 681 Aldenham Lane to Thomas Sperrazza and Sandra Argenio, of Ormond Beach, for $366,000. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,512 square feet.

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 580 Aldenham Lane to James and Marie Moran, of Ormond Beach, for $354,835. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,194 square feet.

Gail and Gerry Smith sold 1254 Royal Pointe Lane to Neil and Carol Rickli, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,117 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $275,000.

Richard and Lori Kaminsky, of Banning, California, sold 1216 Sunningdale Lane to James and Kathleen O’Donnell, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 2001, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,930 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $249,900.

Paul Migus and Eva Kmiecic, of Quebec, sold 581 Aldenham Lane to Charles and Linda Walker, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,834 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $255,000.

Mark and Denise Paternoster, of Cookstown, New Jersey, sold 1253 Crown Pointe Lane to Christine Anderson, of Ormond Beach, for $289,900. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,940 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $230,000.

Donald and Susan Veatch sold 1208 Crown Pointe Lane to Richard and Agnes Becker, as trustees, for $260,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,777 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $286,200.

Sharon Logan, individually and as representative, sold 22 Kingsley Circle to Michael and Carolyn Boyle, of Beverly Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1988, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,832 square feet.

Diane and James Lafoy, of Daytona Beach, sold 1020 Kilkenny Lane to Patricia Dewees, of Ormond Beach, for $239,900. Built in 2013, the house has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,081 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $193,000.

Bruce and Kathleen Carlson, of Davidson, Michigan, sold 1068 Kilkenny Lane to Nancy Duryee-Aas, of Great Barrington, Maine, for $232,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,081 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $208,800.

Joseph Loguidice, of Ormond Beach, sold 435 Long Cove Road to Dennis and Yvonne Walker, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,171 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $124,000.

Robert Palmer sold 1117 Hartbourne Lane to Gerry and Gail Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,921 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $164,800.

Charles Busheion, of Port Orange, sold 44 Kingsley Circle to Lori Langenheim, of Jacksonville, for $197,500. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,625 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $132,500.

Peter and Carol Menzies, of Ontario, sold 18 Magnolia Drive S., Unit 18, to Susan Thornton, of Ormond Beach, for $176,000. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,300 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $88,000.
