A house in Hammock Dunes on the beach was the top seller from March 23 to May 24 in the Hammock. Harvey and Melissa Hunt, of Jacksonville, sold 47 Calle del Sur to Maryann Donohue, as trustee, for $2,350,000. Built in 2008, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths, an elevator, swimming pool and 5,067 square feet.

 

HAMMOCK BEACH

Gerald and Jacqueline McCoy, of Monroe, New York, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 512, to Lee and Ruth Heffernan, of Peachtree Corners, Georgia, for $1,300,000. Built in 2003, the condo has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 3,264 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $1,199,000.

 

Douglas Weyer, individually and as trustee, sold 16 Hammock Beach Parkway to Silverio and Alice Pereira, of Aldie, Virginia, for $635,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 2,780 square feet.

 

Atlantic-Coastal Management Group LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 500 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 445, to Cinnamon Sunshine LLC, of Gainesville, for $585,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2003 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $823,400.

 

Thomas and Margrit Salcito, of Brookfield, Connecticut, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 342, to Jared Krieger, of Heathrow, for $572,500. Built in 2007, the condo has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,246 square feet.

 

Kenneth and Liselotte McKenzie, of Atlanta, sold 55 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 932, to Moises and Rosa Huntt, of Palm Coast, for $340,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,859 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $475,000.
