It comes with them doing a festival, they have to have the prescense of the sheriff truck, the ems, all of those things cost a lto of money. Those hours are double time.
In addition, because the festival is being doine at central park, they don’t have power there, so I hae to rent the light towers from the city, so it’s an additional cost, so they don’t mention those

What I’m trying to convey to the city is we are going to give back to the community scharhsip, and we can’t take a chance to lsoe money.
Budgetd about $40,000 just topay the costs and for entertainment
If I envest $40,000, to profit about 10-15k, it made sense

Al ot of times, you get this report form the ocmmuity nd we hae the necessary sponsors, we had to buy the bullet and pay them, but eh lack of support from the community in general and the psonsros, are not there any more, we made the decision to call it off for this year and try to regroup and do it in the county grounds, elss paper work, less cost, we don’t hae the visiibilty like town center
