Teen killed in Bunnell shooting

One other person was injured.

Flagler County Sheriff’s Office detectives have been investigating a shooting throughout the night after a report came into the Sheriff’s 9-1-1 Dispatch Center just after 10 p.m., Tuesday, May 3.

Gunshots were reported being heard near the intersection of South Pine Street and East Booe Street in Bunnell.

Bunnell Police Department and FCSO deputies responded and determined two individuals had
been shot. Keymarion Hall, 16, later died at Halifax Health Hospital from his injuries. The second victim did not have life-threatening injuries and was treated and released.

Per the FCSO’s contract with the city of Bunnell, the FCSO Major Case Unit is actively handling the shooting investigation.

“This appears to be a focused incident,” Sheriff Rick Staly said. “Our investigators have worked
 throughout the night and I ask anyone with information to call us.”
