Stick Figures of Us: How kids decide what to wear

Shorts? Pants? Cooler weather makes deciding what to wear almost impossible for kids in the morning.

With cooler weather coming to Palm Coast, the other day my 5-year-old was debating what to wear to school in the morning. Shorts? Pants? He yelled out in desperation: "Does anyone know the temperature?"

To be helpful, his wise 7-year-old brother walked to the thermostat in the living room and said, "It's 74."
