Southern Living Magazine lists Flagler Beach in top three laid back beach towns

Flagler Beach was praised for being a place not only to visit and live, but also to have a business.

Southern Living Magazine includes Flagler Beach in its “Most laid back beach towns” list, along with Ocracoke Island, North Carolina; and Port Aransas, Texas.

Described as a place where “formal attire means your best pair of flip flops,” the article included quotes from Flagler Beach business owners Frank Gromling, Ocean Art Gallery and Ocean Publishing; and Marti Leavines Belefeldt, owner of Si Como No Inn.

Featuring places to eat and stay, Flagler Beach was noted as being dog-friendly, and of course included the A-Frame Flagler Beach Pier as the city icon.
