Six-bedroom house tops the sales list

The top real estate transaction for the week of Dec. 28 to Jan. 3 in Flagler County was a house in Ocean Hammock. Mark and Brenda Voss, of Linn, Missouri, sold 21 Ocean Ridge Blvd. N. to 21 Ocean Ridge LLC, of Charlotte, North Carolina, for $780,000. Built in 2014, the house has six bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a swimming pool, elevator and 5,196 square feet.

Condos

Chantal Gilbert and Marc Plante, of Quebec City, Quebec, sold 3600 Ocean Shore Blvd. S., Unit 716, to Joseph and Jose Vasquez, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 1984, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 719 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $95,000.

Mark Main, of Bunnell, sold 4600 Moody Blvd. E., Unit 9L, to Byta LLC, of Bunnell, for $79,000. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,035 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $167,900.

Fuquay

Evelyn Martin and Stephen Fann, of Flagler Beach, sold 2024 S. Daytona Ave. to Volker and Mari Schwarz, of Flagler Beach, for $249,000. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,424 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $170,000.

Grand Haven

James Green and Gudrun Brown, of Palm Coast, sold 110 Front St. to Raymond and Pamela Kolias, as trustees, for $400,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,290 square feet.

Thomas and Jill Williams, of Windsor, Colorado, sold 17 Lakeside Drive to Bruce and Shirley Douglas, as trustees, for $395,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,218 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $427,900.

Grand Landings

D.R. Horton Inc., of St. Johns, sold 112 Crepe Myrtle Court to Mary Mahnke, of Palm Coast, for $227,990. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,799 square feet.

Dream Finders Homes LLC, of Orange Park, sold 130 N. Starling Drive to Patty Demers, of Palm Coast, for $215,215. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,711 square feet.

Janice Cortese and Debra Roman sold 45 Arrowhead Drive to Nikolay and Anna Ostrovskiy, of Palm Coast, for $220,000. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,821 square feet.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 28 Buttermill Drive to Ricky and Junell Harris, of Palm Coast, for $234,500. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,169 square feet.

Tada Properties LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 61 Baltimore Lane to Robert Pennacchia, of Palm Coast, for $192,500. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,779 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $144,000.

Lehigh Woods

Alexander Bayden, of Cetreville, Virginia, sold 1 Radium Place to Ida Hop and Troy Harris, of Palm Coast, for $188,888. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,914 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $240,900.

Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 616 South Lake Drive to Louis Monico, as trustee, for $486,063. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,740 square feet.

Connie Mitchell, of Warner Robins, Georgia, sold 15 Utica Path to William Duncan III, of Palm Coast, for $147,000. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,067 square feet. It sold in May for $110,000.

Sugar Mill Plantation

Thomas Kuhn and Audrey Stiles, of Franklin, Tennessee, sold 6 Audubon Lane to Kevin Majeski and Nichole Brosch, of Ponte Vedra Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,572 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $336,000.

Woodlands

Raymond and Irene Nadeau, of Bridgewater, Maine, sold 24 Blaine Tree Place to Linda Nazario, of Palm Coast, for $139,500. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,430 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $105,000.
