Severe thunderstorm warning until 5:30 p.m. today

The National Weather Service in Jacksonville has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for northeastern Flagler County until 5:30 p.m. at 4:46 p.m.

National Weather Service meteorologists were tracking a line of severe thunderstorms capable of producing quarter-size hail and damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. These storms were located near Palm Coast or along a line extending from Marineland to Palm Coast and moving southeast at 10 mph.

Other locations in the warning include but are not limited to Palm Coast, Bunnell and Flagler Beach.
