Seven-bedroom house tops the list at $1.8 million

A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of May 30 to June 5 in Flagler County. Michael Wilson, Michael Annenberg and Donald Dupont sold 530 Cinnamon Beach Lane to Robert Cervenka, as trustee, for $1.8 million. Built in 2013, the house has seven bedrooms, seven baths, two half-baths, an elevator, swimming pool, dune walk and 5,159 square feet. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

Condos

Wesley and Vickie Blumenauer, of Palm Coast, sold 55 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 921, to Julie Desrosiers, of Canada, for $433,500. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,859 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $464,400.

Michele Cappiello, of Gansevoort, New York, sold 55 Riverview Bend S., Unit 2011, to Adelio and Elena DiFranco, of Kirtland, Ohio, for $182,000. Built in 2007, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,115 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $100,000.

Joella Hall, of Palm Coast, sold 4600 Moody Blvd. E., Unit 2G, to Marcus DiMillo, of Bunnell, for $107,000. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,035 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $157,400.

Belle Terre

Kevin Robbins, of Port Orange, sold 8 Penndale Place to Binh Thich, of Palm Coast, for $168,888. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,342 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $145,000.

Cypress Knoll

Michael Downes, of Palm Coast, sold 2 Eric Place to Edgar Conte and Trinidad Bonilla, of Palm Coast, for $370,000. Built in 2013, the house has five bedrooms, four baths and 4,287 square feet.

Hammock Beach

Dean Tannenbaum, individually and as trustee, sold 76 Hammock Beach Circle N. to Gregory Evans, of Palm Coast, for $1.1 million. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, an elevator, swimming pool and 5,079 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $777,000.

Hammock Dunes

Jason and Jennifer Cote sold 9 Via Marino to William and Diane Lovely, of Palm Coast, for $716.500. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,424 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $485,000.

Robert and Susan Ellison, and Ben Cates, of Scottsdale, Arizona, sold 17 Montilla Place to David and Diana Pisano, of Palm Coast, for $695,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,464 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $645,000.

Island Estates

Bradley and Jill Hunt, of Palm Coast, sold 182 Island Estates Parkway to Laureen Riggin, of Palm Coast, for $1.15 million. Built in 2001, the house has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 4,161 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $1.9 million.

Lehigh Woods

Margarita Barsily, of Palm Coast, sold 36 Rolling Fern Drive to Mario and Filomena DiCristofaro, of Schenectady, New York, for $340,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,700 square feet.

John and Laura Gilvary, of Palm Coast, sold 4 Ryberry Place to Jose Olivo, of Middletown, New York, for $261,500. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,309 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $132,900.

Ngoc-Lan Nguyen sold 15 Riviera Estates Drive to John-Edward Puccio and Ashley Puccio, of Pembroke Pines, for $245,000. Built in 2006, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a half-bath, fireplace and 3,067 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $309,600.

WJH LLC, of Greensboro, North Carolina, sold 7 Raeland Lane to Qwashanda and Cecil Thomas, of Palm Coast, for $179,990. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,709 square feet.

Maronda Homes Inc., of Jacksonville, sold 21 Lancelot Drive to Loy and Marilyn Beckett, of Palm Coast, for $265,975. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,427 square feet.

Morningside

Brett Sadowski, of Flagler Beach, and Wayne Elliot Jr., of Palm Coast, sold 2209 Flagler Ave. S. to Stephanie Hausch, of Flagler Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1982, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2017 for $145,000.

Not in Subdivision

Paige and Timothy Fennell, of Bunnell, sold 791 Old Dixie Highway S. to John Wachter, of Boca Raton, for $689,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,721 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $125,000.

Ocean Hammock

Ronald Guzzo, of Columbus, Ohio, Mark Latorre, of Howard, Ohio and Mark del Col, of Westerville, Ohio, sold 6 Las Palmas Way to Mark and Kathleen Webster, of Palm Coast, for $570,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,600 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $1,198,500.

Ocean Palm

Andy Montgomery, of Flagler Beach, sold 215 Ocean Palm Drive to Jamesine Fischer, of Flagler Beach, for $289,900. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2018 for $175,000.

Palm Harbor

Michael and Christie Moore, of Peachtree City, Georgia, sold 4 Crampton Court to Brian and Kimberly McCarroll, of Mount Juliet, Tennessee, for $320,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 1,587 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $235,000.

Plantation Bay

Volusia Residential Construction LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 890 Creekwood Drive to Thomas and Alyson Medeiros, of Ormond Beach, for $375,575. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,979 square feet.

Seminole Woods

Aaron and Lee Landes, of Bunnell, sold 14 Universal Trail to Preeti Gulve, of Palm Coast, for $203,900. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,071 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $208,000.

Silver Lake

Kristine and Andrew Thompson, of Palm Coast, sold 2007 Daytona Ave. N. to Syed Mohammed and Syeda Shamsi-Mohammed, of Flagler Beach, for $293,000. Built in 1980, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,410 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $295,000.
