Sea Colony Home Sells for $650,000

A home in Sea Colony tops the list of all real estate transaction for the week of Sept. 26 to Sept. 30. Joseph Covert, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 36 Sea Vista Drive to Stephen Bickel, of Santa Monica, Calif., for $650,000. Built in 1987, this oceanfront home has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,780 square feet of living area. It sold for $560,000 in 2002.

Plantation Bay
Richard Spillane and Patricia Fitzgerald, of Naples, sold the home at 809 Westlake Drive to Richard and Donna Thornton, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,553 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Ocean Palm
George and Claire Greene, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 251 Ocean Palm Drive to Michelle Shultz, of Atlanta, for $165,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,388 square feet of living area. It sold for $89,000 in 1991.

THE HAMMOCK
Jose Park
Harold Lund, Darrell Richardson, Douglas Richardson, and Cecilia Richardson Rice, all of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5784 Oceanshore Blvd. N. to Dennis and Debra Clark, of Palm Coast, for $600,000. Built in 1998, this Intracoastal home has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a dock with boathouse and 3,270 square feet of living area.

Hammock Dunes
David and Patricia Hood, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 2401 at La Grande Provence to Alan and Ann Keller, from Windermere, for $485,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,387 square feet of living area. It sold for $700,000 in 2007.

John Bennett and Daniel DeSimone, of New York City, sold Unit 805 at Portofino to Ajay and Dhooleka Raj, of Singapore, for $399,950. Built in 2003, the unit has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,944 square feet of living area. It sold for $770,000 in 2005.

Keith and Sandra Chan, of Jacksonville, sold Unit 203 in Tuscany to Kizhake Kurian, of St. Augustine, for $599,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,690 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,392,000 in 2006.

Leonid Zelenkovsky and Galina Zelenkovsky, of San Francisco, sold the home at 34 Ellsworth Drive to Boris Zakharin for $160,500. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,163 square feet of living area. It sold for $346,400 in 2006.

Palm Harbor
Donald and Elizabeth Weeber, of Crown Point, N.Y., sold the home at 92 Colechester Lane to Robert and Jane Vierengel, of East Islip, N.Y., for $210,000. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,218 square feet of living area. It sold for $177,900 in 2002.

Freddie Mac sold the home at 7 Crampton Court to Robert A. Biehl, of Palm Coast, for $141,500. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms and two baths, and 1,532 square feet of living area. It sold for $410,000 in 2005.

Realty Capital Fund sold the home at 9 Firethorn Lane to Peter and Estella Costa, from Acushnet, Mass., for $105,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,897 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $164,000.

Pine Lakes
Freddie Mac sold the home at 43 Wheatfield Drive to Juan and Carmen Mallorca, of Palm Coast, for $93,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,945 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $202,000.

U.S. Bank National Association sold the home at 30 White Feather Lane to Sherry Schodt, of Palm Coast, for $89,900. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,885 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $183,571.

Luiz and Terezinha Muller sold the home at 28 White Star Drive to Dora Lyubkin, of Palm Coast, for $102,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,957 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $251,700.

Kelly Rickard, of Plainfield, Ill., sold the home at 5 Lewis Drive to Sophorn Prum, of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,888 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $166,400.

Oblin Nicolas, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 128 Lindsay Drive to Erik and Jessica Wisniewski, of Palm Coast, for $128,750. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,989 square feet of living area. It sold for $235,000 in 2005.

Grand Haven
