Melissa Felipe, daughter of Ilda Guilhermino, of Palm Coast, and Antonio Felipe, of Massachusetts, married Anthony Forte, son of Jerry and the late Denise Forte, of Palm Coast, Aug. 4, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.

Their life together began when Anthony created a scavenger hunt for Melissa. She traveled to 12 different locations collecting a rose at each place and two cards, once which told her the next location, and one that she had to hold on to. At the last place there was a video from Anthony telling her to open the card she had collected. The cards spelled out Flagler Beach and that was the last destination. When Melissa arrived there, Anthony was waiting on the beach and he proposed with his family and her family there to witness.

Melissa is a Flagler Palm Coast High School graduate, and Anthony graduated from Matanzas High School.
