A Sanctuary home tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of June 16-22. Peter and Kimberlee Adrian, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 24 Old Oak Drive N. to Terry Kiernan and Charles Miller, of Mesa, Ariz., for $520,000. Built in 2003, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a boat dock and 3,255 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the condo at 4600 E. Moody Blvd., Unit 14-L, to Paolo Falduto, of Oceanside, N.Y., for $43,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,035 square feet of living area.

Lehigh Woods
Romel and Jeanette May, of Bronx, N.Y., sold the home at 14 Ryder Drive to Worldwide Alliance LLC, of Ocala, for $91,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,789 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor
Regis Cozad, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 40 Fleming Court to Josef and Susan Stauber, of Minnetonka, Minn., for $101,500. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,850 square feet of living area.

Robert and Patricia Clow, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 20 Freeman Lane to Eduardo and Maria Dias, of Providence, R.I., for $170,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,340 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $285,000.

Cynthia Hardee, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 33 N. Claridge Court to Manuel and Fatima Dias, of Wolcott, Conn., for $220,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,955 square feet of living area.

Robert Dress, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 61 Colechester Lane to Robert and Rita Calden, of Walpol, Mass., for $312,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a boat dock, house and lift and 2,051 square feet of living area.

Raili Welch, as guardian of the property of William Welch, a minor, sold the home at 14 Calusa Court to Blair Lamphier, Jr. and Susan Facciponti, of Palm Coast, for $439,500. Built in 1986, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a summer kitchen, a boat dock and 3,583 square feet of living area.

Suntrust Bank sold the home at 22 Flamingo Drive to Patrick and Monique Barthole, of North Bellmore, N.Y., for $85,000. Built in 1974, it has five bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,436 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $187,200.

Enrique and Clotilde Robles, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 12 Potterville Lane to Jennifer Figueroa, of Palm Coast, for $98,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,481 square feet of living area.

Charles Propster Jr. and Nancy Propster, of Cary N.C., sold the home at 32 Westfield Lane to James and Wanda Zanetti, of Sparrowbush, N.Y., for $175,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,469 square feet of living area.

Stephen Cruz, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 18 Woodfield Drive to Lidiya Ryabinina and Guennadi Kisselev, of Palm Coast, for $153,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,032 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $135,000.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 83 Woodside Drive to Ronald Weideman, of Port Chester, N.Y., for $160,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 3,013 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $302,600.

Kenneth and Rita Lau, of Berlin, Conn., sold the home at 1 Lago Vista Place to Bruce Williams, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,424 square feet of living area.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 6 Windmill Place to Bhaskar Bhattacharya and Roma Lahiri, of Ashland, Mass., for $136,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,651 square feet of living area.

Freddie Mac sold the home at Watkins Place to Kevin and Jennifer Baker, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,026 square feet of living area.

Jose and Celina Reis, of Orlando, sold the home at 94 Wynnfield Drive to Paul and Ronee Lemanski, of Palm Coast, for $176,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,426 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $108,800.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 20 Zonal Court to Mid Florida Housing Partnership Inc., of Daytona Beach, for $94,050. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,438 square feet of living area.

John and Heidi Sabia, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 53 Kankakee Trail to Robert and Kathleen Pertain, of Newton, N.J., for $195,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,115 square feet of living area.

Seagate Homes LLC., of Palm Coast, sold the home at 10 Sergeant Court to Deborah and William Guess, of Bradenburg, Ky., for $171,900. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,438 square feet of living area.

Antoniette Jauregui, of Riverside, Calif., sold the home at 8 Ulbright Court to Dora Fowler, of Palm Coast, for $117,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,660 square feet of living area.

Pamela McIntire, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 85 Sloganeer Trail to John Hamilton, of Palm Coast, for $$123,850. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,787 square feet of living area.

Quillin and Marjorie Powell, of Valdosta, Ga., sold the condo at 80 Surfview Drive, Unit 801, to Francis Chinnici, of Jacksonville, for $302,250. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,425 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $300,000.

Michael and Carol Castle, of Naples, sold the condo at 60 Surfview Drive, Unit 604, to Antonio and Pamela Capela, of Palm Coast, for $317,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,640 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $412,700.

Genevieve Bland, of Flagler Beach, sold the condo at 25 Riverview Bend N., Unit 121, to James and Shirley Reelhorn, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, for $115,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,065 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $94,500.

Waterside
Gary and Janet Rodgers, of Palm Coast, sold the condo at 106 Club House Drive, Unit 312, to Cathy Laney, of Westampton, N.J., for $300,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,414 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $280,000.

Woodlands
Secretary of Housing and Urban Development of Atlanta, sold the home at 143 Blare Drive to Sephanna Reach and Leah Chuon-Reach, of Palm Coast, for $90,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,156 square feet of living area.

Katherine Parfitt, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 23 Blairmore Place to Gregory and Marilyn Sanders, of Ormond Beach, for $59,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,263 square feet of living area.
