A home in the Sanctuary tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of May 23 to May 27. Thomas Anderson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Old Oak Drive N. to James Neff, of Gainesville, for $510,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 2,947 square feet of living area.

Fuquay
Alfred Child, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1623 Daytona Ave. S. to Kenneth and Kathryn Rinoldo for $130,000. Built in 1986, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,177 square feet of living area.

Mark and Philene Dishaw, of Marietta, Ga., sold the home at 1635 Central Ave. S. to Geno and Debra Castignetti, of Geneseo, N.Y., for $287,500. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,716 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 2002.

Fanny Moffa, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 San Diego Lane to Ronald and Gwen Mehrwerth, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 1990, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,590 square feet of living area.

Mark and Joann Mazefsky, and Patricia Terek, all of Longwood, sold Unit 962 at 1000 Cinnamon Beach Way to Thomas Rockwell, of Poughkeepsie, N.Y., for $222,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $471,200 in 2004.

Joel and Jean Shane, of Brielle, N.J., sold Unit 1035 at 1100 Cinnamon Beach Way to Michael Lamont and Geraldine Lamont, both of Johns Creek, Ga., for $287,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $451,400 in 2004.

Dolores Cennamo, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Eagle Harbor Trail to Dolores Purtell, of Woodlands, Texas, for $143,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,984 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,000 in 2003.

David Beck and Mary Crawford sold the home at 11 Emerson Drive to Elli and Kimberly Calidonio, of Palm Coast, for $78,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,268 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $117,200 in 2003.

Grand Haven
Sergey Kopach and Anastasia Kopach, both of Palm Coast, sold the home at 40 Eastlake Drive to Robert and Shoshana Agnew, of Deerfield, Ill., for $330,000. Built in 2003, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa and 2,835 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $499,000 in 2008.

Raisa Yarosh, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 61 Bayside Drive to Jose and Alda Cabica, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,558 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $346,700 in 2005.

Seagate Homes LLC sold the home at 2 Burnell Place to Paul Burke Jr. and Debra Burke, of North Andover, Mass., for $125,900. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,466 square feet of living area.

Lehigh Woods
Juan Ayala, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 45 Reidsville Drive to Kerry Hope, of Palm Coast, for $90,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,811 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 2006.

David Beck and Mary Crawford sold the home at 27 Richfield Lane to Tone Marie Buberg and Kjell Oddvar Hegland, of Oslo, Norway, for $75,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,352 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $122,000 in 2003.

Seagate Homes LLC sold the home at 149 Rolling Sands Drive to Lawrence and Kathy Perault, of Midlothian, Va., for $164,900. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,446 square feet of living area.

Arthur Flynn, Kevin Flynn, John Flynn, and Thomas Flynn, all of Mahwah, N.J., sold the home at 24 Lake Success Drive to Joseph and Teresa Horgas, of Duncansville, Pa., for $183,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,985 square feet of living area.

James Bladel and John Bladel sold the home at 3 President Lane to Ilya Shmaley, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $117,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,758 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,000 in 2005.

John and Genevieve Sourlis, of DeLeon Springs, sold the home at 2 Washburn Place to Boris and Galina Karpilovsky, of Warminster, Pa., for $165,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,089 square feet of living area.

Marjorie Midtgaard, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 70 Whittington Drive to Rebecca Tunnell, of Malvern, Pa., for $109,900. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,678 square feet of living area.

Suntrust Mortgage Inc. sold the home at 34 Slumber Meadow Trail to Laurie Elmore, of Daytona Beach, for $85,100. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,715 square feet of living area.

Fred Luciano Sr. and Jean Luciano, of Marblehead, Mass., sold the home at 162 Underwood Trail to Daniel and Debra Wilson, of Palm Coast, for $147,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,986 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $138,500 in 2004.

Fannie Mae sold Unit 224 at 15 Riverview Bend N. to Donia Hopkins, of Palm Coast, for $70,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,199 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $334,900 in 2006.

Tyler Addison Properties Inc. sold Unit 1841 at 35 Riverview Bend S. to Kathryn Poole, of Palm Coast, for $105,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,115 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $434,900 in 2006.

U.S. Bank Trust National Association sold Unit 2133 at 115 Riverview Bend S. to John and Sharon Skender, of Cranberry Township, Pa., for $125,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,575 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $514,900 in 2007.
