A Sanctuary home tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of April 24 to May 1. Pamela and Antonio Capela Jr., of Palm Coast, sold the home at 102 Old Oak Drive S. to Carol Aebersold, of Palm Coast, for $1,075,000. Built in 2010, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool, a summer kitchen, a boat house and dock and 5,459 square feet of living area.
 

Bunnell
St. Johns Development
Jackie Hardin and Cindy Trupo, representatives of the Jack Hardin Estate, and Carol Montgomery, Robin Braddock and Cheryl Nelson, representatives of the Darrell Hardin Estate, sold the home at 330 County Road 302 to John and Lillian Hendrix, of Bunnell, for $135,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 966 square feet of living area.
 

Flagler Beach
Hillcrest
Robert Hughes, trustee of the June Hughes Declaration of Trust, sold the home at 316 Connecticut Ave. to Joyel and Magdalene Webb, of Atlanta, for $55,000. Built in 1961, it has two bedrooms, 1 bath and 880 square feet of living area. It sold in 1989 for $60,000.
 

Palm Coast
Armand Beach
Benjiman Lacy sold the home at 5 Laurel Drive to John Buffington, of New Bedford, Mass., for $240,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,620 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $240,000.

Canopy Walk
Jorge and Angelina Ortiz, of Long Beach, Calif., sold the condo at 900 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 912, to Margaret Layfield, of Jacksonville, for $145,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet of living area.
 

Cinnamon Beach
Donna Mahoney, of Maggie Valley, N.C., sold the condo at 400 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 332, to Kevin and Diane McCosker, of Lake Mary, for $289,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet of living area.

Rocco Grassi, surviving spouse of Ethel Grassi, of Clemmons, N.C., sold the home at 27 East Bourne Lane to Bridget Arnold, of Palm Coast, for $187,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,027 square feet of living area.

Daniel and Amy Corey, of Monticello, Maine, sold the home at 34 Easterly Place to Karl Zipf, Pauline Zipf and Courtney Zipf, of Palm Coast, for $124,900. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,502 square feet of living area.

Francisco Gomez and Rosalina Acosta, of San Jose, Calif., sold the home at 20 Edgewater Drive, to Margaret and Roman Mroz, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,437 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $349,000.

Darwin Caraballo and Antonio Martinez, of Miami, sold the home at 11 Ethan Place to John and Sofia Augeri, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool and 3,075 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $212,500.
 

Grand Haven
Thomas and Patricia Furey, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 105 Front St. to Hongren Cao and
Shudi Liu, of Palm Coast, for $750,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a summer kitchen, a boat house and dock and 3,654 square feet of living area.

Eduard Kobelev, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 9 Barkwood Lane to Katerina Devane, of St. Augustine, for $165,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,200 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $280,000.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, of Carrollton, Texas, sold the home at 3 Big Horn Place to Nicholas and Jill Ford, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,986 square feet of living area.

Patricia and Alfred Bhor, of Bunnell, sold the home at 72 Birchwood Drive to Steven and Janet Lauer, of Palm Coast, for $90,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,986 square feet of living area.

Frances Mauro, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 12 Burgess Place to Janet Bennett Kerlin, of Souderton, Pa., for $80,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,075 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $142,300.
 

Matanzas Woods
Glenn Fairchild, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 108 Lindsay Drive to Brian and Janet Woodlief, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,948 square feet of living area.

James and Elizabeth Toomey, of Beavercreek, Ohio, sold the home at 8 San Pablo Court to George Nelson, of Palm Coast, for $191,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,254 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $167,000.
 

Palm Harbor
JKR Investment Group Inc., of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 Fordham Lane to Jason and Lindsay Solano, of Palm Coast for $114,900. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,415 square feet of living area.

Douglas and Pamela Harris, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 13 Foresythe Lane to Henry Greenfield, of Palm Coast, for $89,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,505 square feet of living area.

David Zaslavsky and Lisa Hammond, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 1 Clinton Court S. to Kurt and Sam Sun Allen, of Palm Coast, for $274,000. Built in 1981, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,624 square feet of living area.

Kimberly Steen, Patricia Wright and Jason Wright, of Northfield, Ohio, sold the home at 16 Cool Water Court to Ileanetky Rohena, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,519 square feet of living area.

Maurice and Regina Perkins, of Dandridge, Tenn., sold the home at 60 Cochise Court to Joseph and Dora Forte, of Palm Coast, for $332,900. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a boat house, and boat dock and 2,795 square feet of living area. It sold in 2000 for $126,000.

Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison, as trustees of the 3 Clark Lane Trust, sold the home at 3 Clark Lane to Ronald Reaves, of Wilmington, N.C., for $125,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two bedrooms and 1,484 square feet of living area.

Margaret Olunek, surviving spouse of John Olunek, of Indian Harbor Beach, sold the home at 12 Colleen Court to Angela and John Rooney, of Palm Coast, for $300,000. Built by the sellers in 1993, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool, a boat dock and 1,884 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 25 Comanche Court to Marc and Stacey Konopa, of Palm Coast, for $191,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,590 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $345,000.
 

Sea Colony
Barbara Schubert, surviving spouse of Robert Schubert, of Vero Beach, sold the home at 34 Avalon Terrace to John and Jeanne Butcher, of Cave Creek, Ariz., for $270,000. Built by the sellers in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,962 square feet of living area.
