Caroline Fullwood, of Franklin, Tennessee, sold the home at 26 Old Oak Drive S. to Antonio and Maria Pereira, of Bristow, Virginia, for $631,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace and 2,844 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 25 County Road 2006 W. to Katrina Leibel, of Palm Coast, for $70,000. Built in 1930, it has three bedrooms, one bath, a barn and 1,354 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 2232 S. Oceanshore Blvd. to Leslie Horner, of Flagler Beach, for $347,000. Built in 1990, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,625 square feet of living area. It sold in 2014 for $589,600.

David Laffitte Jr. amd Kathleen McKenzie, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 208 Seventh St. S. to Johnny and Lauren Bush, of Tampa, for $290,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,749 square feet of living area.

Robert Muset and Jimmily Muset, of West Palm Beach, sold the home at 32 Bunker Lane to Willie and Marsha Lewis, of Palm Coast, for $159,900. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,746 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $79,000.

Grand Haven
Jaques L. Peridans and Aimee Peridans, of Edgewater, Maryland, sold the home at 52 Jasmine Drive to Michael and Robin Horner, of Palm Coast, for $410,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace and 2,875 square feet of living area.

A&E Coastal Investments LLC sold the home at 36 Cleveland Court to Richard and Lesley Reese, of Clarksville, Georgia, for $262,000. Built in 1985, it has, three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 1,247 square feet of living area. It sold in 2014 for $153,000.

Deutsche Bank National Trust sold the home at 11 Crandon Court to Michael Meddaugh and Diedre Meddaugh, of Palm Coast, for $142,500. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,514 square feet of living area.
