A home in San Gabriel tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Aug. 1 to Aug. 5. James and Kathryn Rex, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 21 San Gabriel Lane to James and Linda Payne, of Grand Rapids, Mich., for $649,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen and 2,931 square feet of living area.

Fuquay
Elaine Bickford, of Sacramento, Calif., sold the home at 208 17th St. S. to William and Kathy Salinsky, of Marlborough, Conn., for $150,000. Built in 1965, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,336 square feet of living area.

Fairchild Oaks
Fannie Mae sold the home at 19 Whitehall Court to Anil Mangal, of Flagler Beach, for $255,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,340 square feet of living area.

Hammock Beach
DLJ Mortgage Capital Inc. sold Unit 416 at 200 Ocean Crest Drive to Shannon Kolbe, of Palm Coast, for $337,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet of living area. It sold for $969,000 in 2005.

Vasyl Slyvka sold the home at 36 Palermo Lane to Iryna Deyak, of Palm Coast, for $91,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,774 square feet of living area. It sold for $209,500 in 2007.

Cypress Knoll
Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. sold the home at 36 Emerson Drive to Yvonne Marie Oak, of Palm Coast, for $106,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,317 square feet of living area. It sold for $303,000 in 2006.

Igor Smith and Svitlana Smith, both of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 56 Eric Drive to Dmitriy Shevchenko, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,191 square feet of living area. It sold for $352,500 in 2006.

Andrew Makovsky, of Pasadena, Calif., sold the home at 129 Bud Hollow Drive to Ryan Vanderbur, of Palm Coast, for $100,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,529 square feet of living area.

Sylvia Lagocki, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Birchview Place to Grace Keidong, of Palm Coast, for $90,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,815 square feet of living area. It sold for $187,900 in 2005.

Ralph and Ha Kim Ribeau, of Mission Viego, Calif., sold the home at 21 Radford Lane to Stephen McClellan, of Palm Coast, for $85,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths 1,527 square feet of living area. It sold for $137,000 in 2004.

Thomas Cook, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 82 Ryberry Drive to Joe and Beverly Proulx, of Palm Coast, for $90,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,623 square feet of living area. It sold for $86,700 in 1999.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. sold the home at 7 Ripplewood Lane to Michael Carlson, of Torrington, Conn., for $101,768. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,936 square feet of living area. It sold for $259,900 in 2005.

Salvatore and Joan DeMarco, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 17 Riviera Estates Drive to Carolyn Timus, of Palm Coast, for $139,900. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,517 square feet of living area. It sold for $281,400 in 2006.

Sergey and Alla Ostrovskiy sold the home at 29 Roller Lane to Yefim and Yelena Kiperberg, of Palm Coast, for $118,300. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,978 square feet of living area. It sold for $280,900 in 2005.

John and Delores Wray, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Clarendon Court S. to Abigail Santiago-Monroe, of Flagler Beach, for $210,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat house, a boat lift and 1,826 square feet of living area. It sold for $350,000 in 2004.

Allan and Suzanne Chadwick, of Harrisburg, Pa., sold the home at 23 Folson Lane to Randall Schuh and Brenda Massie, of New York, N.Y., for $85,000. Built in 1980, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,629 square feet of living area. It sold for $149,900 in 2004.

Beverly Hammond sold the home at 5 Walt Place to Klaus Branicki, of Sequim, Wash., for $133,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,775 square feet of living area.

Syndie Gigliello, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 15 Woodborn Lane to Jason Paulo, of Palm Coast, for $40,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,686 square feet of living area. It sold for $122,000 in 2003.

Barbara Burdi, of Floral Park, N.Y., sold the home at 15 Lago Vista Place to Lloyd and Sharon Daugherty, of Mansfield, Texas, for $121,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,582 square feet of living area. It sold for $112,000 in 2011.

Lucille Gianforte, of Randallstown, Md., sold the home at 17 Walton Place to Kenneth Alberton, of Palm Coast, for $113,500. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,573 square feet of living area.

William and Linda Boggiano, of Toms River, N.J., sold the home at 3 Waser Place to Jeffrey and Joan Daneker, of Palm Coast, for $147,500. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,879 square feet of living area.

Robert and Mary Mayo, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 18 Wood Crest Lane to Marie Boulos, of St. Laurent, Quebec, Canada, for $145,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,236 square feet of living area. It sold for $141,800 in 2002.

Jean Weiss, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Woodshire Lane to Thomasina Clavizzao, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,078 square feet of living area. It sold for $115,000 in 1994.

Jusdyna Bowman and Torie Marino, both of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Senseney Path to Mark and Lettie Arrington, of Gordonsville, Va., for $90,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,656 square feet of living area. It sold for $200,700 in 2007.
