A house Hammock Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of Jan. 28 to Feb. 3. in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Elizabeth Larwood sold 49 Northshore Drive to Beyond the Front Door LLC, of Fallbrook, California, for $939,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a swimming pool and 4,023 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Kenneth and Joyce Harchick, of Westover, Pennsylvania, sold 80 Surfview Drive, Unit 423, to Redemption Assets LLC, of Spicewood, Texas, for $410,000. Built in 2003, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,455 square feet.

Maria and Alfredo Julian, of Parkland, sold 45 Riverview Bend S., Unit 1934, to Ester Baruch, Lev Borukhov and Margarita Borukhova, of Rego Park, New York, for $280,000. Built in 2007, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,254 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $305,000.

Belle Terre

Fernando and Luisa Desousa, of Palm Coast, sold 191 Pritchard Drive to Steven and Michelle Hanson, of Palm Coast, for $270,000. Built in 2011, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,957 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $172,500.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 101 Prince Eric Lane to Rachelle Seltzer and Francis Glancy, of Palm Coast, for $197,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,806 square feet.

Cypress Knoll

Joel and Molly Jacob, of Cedar Crest, New Mexico, sold 16 Edith Lane to Murna Byron, of Palm Coast, for $274,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,860 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $180,500.

Fuquay

Anthony and Kristin Tucker, of Flagler Beach, sold 1939 S. Central Ave. to Jill and William Reynolds, of Palm Coast, for $529,000. Built in 1976, the house is a 4/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,880 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $440,000.

Michael White, of Flagler Beach, sold 2139 Flagler Ave S. to John Rademacher and Jenny Fitzsimmons, of Flagler Beach, for $370,000. Built in 1975, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,276 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $200,000.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 484 Grand Reserve Drive to Brian Riggin and Laureen Riggin, of Bunnell, for $267,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,646 square feet.

Dennis and Shirley Siewert, of Murphy, North Carolina, sold 3 Arena Lake Drive to James and Margaret Smith, of Homosassa, for $330,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,918 square feet.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 55 Huntington Place to Terry and Mildred North, of Ormond Beach, for $289,013. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,973 square feet.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 32 Barkwood Lane to George and Sandra Benelli, of Miami, for $276,900. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,208 square feet.

Olufunmilayo and Cecelia Oduyejo, of Sugar Land, Texas, sold 16 Biltvue Place to Severus Tomescu and Stela Jisa, of Weddington, North Carolina, for $250,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,244 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $179,000.

Franklin Ingels and Nancy Olbert sold 3391 N. Ocean Shore Blvd. to Steven Wright, of Flagler Beach, for $770,000. Built in 1966, the house is a 2/1.5 and has a fireplace, dune walk and 1,828 square feet.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 5 Powder Lane to Richard Livingston, of Palm Coast, for $190,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,552 square feet.

Leonardo Nogueira and Natanielle Silva, of Palm Coast, sold 64 Westmoreland Drive to Asmunder Herman, of Palm Coast, for $304,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,860 square feet.
