Rokavattey Phan wins Charmettes college scholarship

Phan plans to attend the University of Central Florida to major in health and pursue a career as a physical therapist.

Rokavattey Phan, a 2021 honor graduate of Matanzas High School in Palm Coast, is the Flagler County recipient of the St. Johns-Putnam-Flagler County Chapter of the Charmettes college scholarship.

She plans to attend the University of Central Florida to major in health, as she has aspirations to pursue a career as a physical therapist. Charmette Latoya Lockhart presented Phan with her scholarship.

The Charmettes Inc is a sisterhood of dedicated women committed to improving the quality of life within our communities through advocate, education, service and support for cancer research.
