Charles Callaway and Donna Thompson, of Fairview, Tennessee, sold 1300 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 1333, to Sharon Gilluly and Diane Bouchard, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 2004, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,283 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $177,500.

Trevor and Hailey League, of Palm Coast, sold 86 Lagare St. to Marcia Rossi, of Palm Coast, for $390,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 1,827 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $380,000.

Timothy and Gloria Bedard sold 14 Burnley Place to Aaron and Christine St. Jacques, of Palm Coast, for $246,000. Built in 2005, the house has five bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,718 square feet.

Jerry and JoAnn Coyle, of Louisville, Kentucky, sold 10 San Pedro Court to Donald and Kathleen Miller, of Palm Coast, for $280,000. Built in 1990, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,339 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $144,000.

Cynthia Negron, of Palm Coast, sold 37 Ryland Drive to Rebecca Ellis, of Palm Coast, for $253,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,050 square feet.

Matthew Tulipan and Michael Spirydowicz-Tulipan, Dawn Campo and David Tulipan sold 2624 Osprey Circle N. to Sharon Gelinas and Richard Poincelot, of Scottsdale, Arizona, for $275,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,189 square feet.

Ann Matthews, individually and as trustee, sold 67 Fortress Place to Arsenio Perez and Olga Hernandez, of Palm Coast, for $305,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,349 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $340,000.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 36 Francis Lane to Nancy Malfara, of Palm Coast, for $215,350. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,540 square feet.

Mildra Jackson, of Palm Coast, sold 41 Westgate Lane to Joel and Mindy Sanzari, of Palm Coast, for $241,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,123 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $150,000.

Volusia Residential Construction LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 826 Creekwood Drive to Aaisya Ansari, of Ormond Beach, for $565,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths,a swimming pool and 2,094 square feet.

Volusia Residential Construction Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 909 Creekwood Drive to Michael and Lynn Norton, as trustee, for $484,310. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,512 square feet.

Charles and Ingrid Bertz, of Cary, North Carolina, sold 3 Landings Lane to Carol Miller, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1988, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,045 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $125,000.
