Retail, food, religion moving into Palm Coast

A total of 137 permits were applied for through the city between Thursday, May 19, and Wednesday, May 25.

On top of commercial certificates of occupancy being issued to Clymer Funeral Home, at 39 Old Kings Road, and Pizza Hut, at 5290 State Road 100 E., Unit 103, a commercial site development permit was issued to Christ the King Lutheran Church, 5625 U.S. 1 N.

Occupancy permits were also issued to Proud 2 Be Kids Clothing Store, at 1276 Palm Coast Parkway S.W., Unit 207; Nationwide PC Repairs, at 5 Boulder Rock Drive, Unit G; and M & M Farms Supermarket, at 4984 Palm Coast Parkway N.W., units 1 and 2.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to SeaGate homes, for a $282,000 single-family residence at 12 Winterling Place.
