Twenty-five volunteers, both children and adults, came together Saturday, Oct. 23, to ensure that Make a Difference Day, sponsored by United Way’s Women’s Initiative, was a success. Volunteers also created 230 homemade birthday cards for shut-in and homebound seniors.
