Port Orange woman dies in fatal crash in Flagler County

The woman was 32 years old.

A Port Orange woman was killed in a May 31 crash near the intersection of State Road 11 and County Road 304, in Flagler County. 

According to the Florida Highway Patrol's report, the woman was driving a sedan east on 304 and ran the stop sign at SR 11, at about 4:20 p.m. A 53-year-old man from Weston was driving a sport utility vehicle north on SR, and the woman's sedan crashed into his SUV.

The SUV overturned, resting on its roof, and the Weston man suffered minor injuries. He was wearing a seatbelt; the woman in the sedan was not.

Neither vehicle had any passengers.
