Pool home on beachside gets $1.1 million

A house with access to the Intracoastal Waterway was the top real estate transaction for the week of June 25 to July 1 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Luis and Guisela Carrascosa, of Ocala, sold 115 Island Estates Parkway to David and Adriana Boyle, of Palm Coast, for $1.1 million. Built in 2006, the house is a 6/5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 3,991 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $1,113,500. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Paul and Lorraine Kelly, of Trumbull, Connecticut, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 808, to Richard Mead and Loretta Favret, of Gaithersburg, Maryland, for $441,234. Built in 2003, the condo is a 3/3 and has 1,676 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $797,500.

Kimberly Salmon and Philip Hunt, of Flagler Beach, sold 300 Marina Bay Drive, Unit 303, to Susan and John Kolb, of Apopka, for $342,000. Built in 2000, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,138 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $330,000.

Ronald and Judith Nevers, of Jackson, New Jersey, sold 31 Magnolia Drive S., Unit 31, to Jodi Mulvihill, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,300 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $195,000.

Jesus and Olga Vidueira, of Palmetto Bay, sold 17 Shady Oak Lane to Robert Cline and Wilson Greaton Jr., as trustees, for $555,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,641 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $500,000.

Fuquay

Karen Capitola, of Flagler Beach, sold 213 21st St. S. to John and Julie Adams, of Millersville, Pennsylvania, for $455,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,544 square feet.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

Ronald Pastorini and Karen Perry-Pastorini, of Bunnell, sold 206 Grand Reserve Drive to David and Janet Wishart, of Palm Coast, for $315,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,384 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $301,300.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 114 Golf View Court to Crystal Walker, of Bunnell, for $200,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,402 square feet.
