Summer is heating up, and so are the sports being offered by Special Olympics Flagler County.

All athletes ages 8 and up can register 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 25, in the Matanzas High School cafeteria, for the summer/fall league.

The league will feature aquatics, bowling, powerlifting and golf, though space is limited. There will also be openings for coaches and volunteers. Athletes must have a current medical on file.
