The top real estate transaction in Plantation Bay for June 23 through Aug. 15 was $640,000. Roy and Carolyn Brewer, of Louisville, Kentucky, sold 1111 Oxbridge Lane to Karen Everett, of Ormond Beach. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,968 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $625,000.

Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 608 South Lake Drive to Richard and Joann Wright, of Palm Coast, for $423,425. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,498 square feet.

 

Volusia Residential Construction LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 906 Creekwood Drive to Natalie and Daniel Thompson, of Ormond Beach, for $424,220. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,565 square feet.

Phyllis King, of Louisville, Kentucky, sold 716 Dolphin Head Lane to Amanda and Justin Rasik, and Mary Boyle, of Ormond Beach, for $286,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,009 square feet. It sold I 2016 for $230,000.

 

Daniel and Arline Burke, of Las Vegas, sold 1249 Hampstead Lane to Marissa Picucci and Timothy Bebout, of Flemington, New Jersey, for $285,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,954 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $225,000.

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 723 Aldenham Lane to Patricka and Mark Kitzmiller, of Ormond Beach, for $245,570. Built in 2017, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,562 square feet.

Abraham and Cynthia Martey, of San Jose, California, sold 1101 Hansberry Court to Nationstar Mortgage LLC, of Coppell, Texas, for $193,272.45. Built in 2005, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,551 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $258,900.

 

SNTR LLC, as trustee, sold 1131 Hansberry Court to William and Margaret Jagger, of Greely, Pennsylvania, for $182,500. Built in 2005, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,551 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $256,000.
