Volusia Residential Construction LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 214 Heatherwood Court to Ivan and Dena Hayes, as trustees, for $507,198. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,402 square feet. James and Arlene Meck, of Palm Coast, sold 25 Riverview Bend N. to Frank Bocian Jr., of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,065 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $117,000.

Vintage Estate Homes LLC, of Melbourne, sold 10 Evansmill Lane to William and Dorothy Guest, of Palm Coast, for $336,500. Built in 2019, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,552 square feet.

Matthew Wagner, of The Villages, sold 146 Eric Drive to Bryan and Bernadette Borrelli, of Palm Coast, for $297,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,056 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $305,000.

Vincent Genabe and Rizaldy Atienza, of Elk Grove, California, sold 30 Emerald Lane to Aida Memushi, of Palm Coast, for $192,500. Built in 2000, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,945 square feet.
