Plantation Bay house tops the sales list at $1.54 million

A house in Plantation Bay was the top real estate transaction for the week of Aug. 12-18 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Nancy Kohler, individually and as trustee, and Kenneth Kohler, of Ormond Beach, sold 641 Woodbridge Drive to April and Jeffrey Rockey, of Ormond Beach, for $1.54 million. Built in 2010, the house is a 3/4.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,642 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $905,000. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

John and Patricia Scarola, of Tacoma, Washington, sold 4600 E. Moody Blvd., Unit 9B, to Tamar Richards, of Bunnell, for $107,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 1/1 and has 781 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $58,000.

Beach Haven

Neil and Theresa Hintze, of Palm Coast, sold 33 Hidden Treasure Drive to Judy and Walter Maney, as trustees, for $640,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,342 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $433,700.

Nancy Harrington and Worth Strecker, of Flagler Beach, sold 1231 S. Flagler Ave. to Jessica Kovats, of Flagler Beach, for $463,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,942 square feet.

John Gilbreath, of Flagler Beach, sold 312 Flagler Ave. N. to Matthew Fortunato and Tara Hoskins, of Coral Gables, for $395,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,332 square feet.
