Plantation Bay house sells for $2 million

A house in Plantation Bay was the top real estate transaction for the week of Oct. 25-31 in Flagler County. Ronald Maugeri, individually and as trustee, sold 413 Wingspan Drive N. to Joseph and Ariella Valente, of DeLand, for $2 million. Built in 2015, the house has five bedrooms, 7.5 baths, a swimming pool and 8,027 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $1,058,000. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

 

Condos

Robert Grundvig and Heidi Buhlman-Grundvig, individually and as trustees, sold 1770 Central Ave., Unit 6, to Robert and Donna Armstrong, of Chickamauga, Georgia, for $245,000. Built in 1981, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,080 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $153,000.

 

AG-DG LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 269, to Paul Cova and Margaret O’Keefe-Cova, of Cedar, Michigan, for $230,000. Built in 2006, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $725,000.

 

Edward and Lorraine Bertsch, as trustees, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 168, to Fleming Properties LLC, of Mount Sterling, Kentucky, for $220,000. Built in 2006, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $215,000.

 

Grand Haven

Michele Busacca, of Vero Beach, sold 6 Pine Harbor Drive to Ronald W. Norman and Sophie A. Norman Revocable Living Trust for $264,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,629 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $240,000.

 

Grand Landings Phase One

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville sold 127 Crepe Myrtle Court to Bryan and Riley Carter, of Palm Coast, for $256,990. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,913 square feet.

 

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville sold 115 Crepe Myrtle Court to Steven and Cherryn Boyons, of Palm Coast, for $232,990. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,701 square feet.

 

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville sold 101 Grand Reserve Drive to Joseph and Cynthia King, of Bunnell, for $345,990. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,363 square feet.

 

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville sold 228 Grand Reserve Drive to Bianca Silvestri and Gina Silvestri, of Bunnell, for $253,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,135 square feet.

 

Lehigh Woods

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 58 Ryland Drive to Donald and Shannay Veit, of Palm Coast, for $237,500. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,265 square feet.

 

Joanna Woroniccki, of Palm Coast, sold 145 Raintree Circle to William and Elsie Simpson, of Palm Coast, for $219,800. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,626 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $179,600.

 

Clifford and Helen Kehley, of Greensboro, North Carolina, sold 95 Renshaw Drive to Michael and Patricia Witte, of Albany, Kentucky, for $210,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,790 square feet.

 

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 22 Rivera Lane to Sean and Ingris Ceron, of Palm Coast, for $191,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,413 square feet.

 

Ocean Palm

Theodore Hatern, of North Salem, New Hampshire, sold 221 Ocean Palm Drive to John Carey and Matthew Burkhalter, of Smyrna, Georgia, for $315,500. Built in 1974, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,487 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $260,000.

 

Palm Harbor

Charles and Susan Thompson, of Palm Coast, sold 9 Cotton Court to Frank and Kimberly Sanders, of Oviedo, for $392,900. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,771 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $270,000.

 

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 53 Frenora Lane to David and Janet Frost, of Leominster, Massachusetts, for $256,900. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet.

 

Pine Lakes         

William and Elsie Simpson, of Palm Coast, sold 46 Westhampton Drive to John Krampien and Brenda Bogart, of Villa Park, Illinois, for $275,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,393 square feet.

 

Frederick Witherow, of Palm Coast, sold 58 Westchester Lane to Sherry and Russell Peck, of Palm Coast, for $192,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,011 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $175,100.

 

Dena Blount, of St. Augustine, sold 8 Wagon Wheel Place to Beth Timmer, of Palm Coast, for $163,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,374 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $127,000.

 

Maria DeSousa and Lauro Cabral sold 25 Wasserman Drive to Kathy Maxie, of Palm Coast, for $157,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,308 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $140,000.

 

Plantation Bay

Volusia Residential Construction LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 912 Creekwood Drive to Jerry and Denise Joiner, of Ormond Beach, for $388,042. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,979 square feet.

 

Charles Nagel, of Kapolei, Hawaii, and Anita Kummerle, of Ormond Beach, sold 19 Magnolia Drive N. to David and Marilyn Caneva, of Ormond Beach, for $385,000. Built in 1988, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,559 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $320,000.

 

Anthony Lombardo, individually and as trustee, sold 26 Treetop Circle to Norbert and Arleen Kroeger, of Ormond Beach, for $197,500. Built in 1987, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,312 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $125,900.

 

Quail Hollow

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 63 Llama Trail to Simon Sam and Brandi Gniudek, of Palm Coast, for $208,400. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,505 square feet.

 

Woodlands

John Parson Jr. sold 15 Blackberry Place to Christine Dennis and James Shields, of Palm Coast, for $155,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,528 square feet.
