Thomas Madison, of Waynesville, North Carolina, sold 3600 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 819, to Paul and Kathy Seefeld, of Jacksonville, for $310,000. Built in 1985, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,722 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $127,500.
