Pipe Property Inc. purchases 6-acre lot in Bunnell, to build office and warehouse

Space for multiple tenants will also be constructed.

Pipe Property Inc. purchased a vacant 6-acre property off of U.S. on Tuesday, July 31.

The property, located at 4560 N. US 1, was zoned for commercial use. Pipe Property intends to use the space for its office and a warehouse facility. In addition, Pipe Property intends to include a multi tenant facility for the use of other businesses.

Eddie Marcal, of Grand Living Realty, brokered the deal. The property was sold for $315,000.
