Seven photographers have been honored for capturing the beauty of Linear Park/St. Joe Walkway.
Anna Marie Strazzella, Barbara Salter, Elizabeth Rourke, Emilie Villarejos, Nicole Brose, Richard H. Johnson and Vern Williams submitted the winning photos to the city for a Great Florida Birding Trail contest.
According to the Florida Fish and Conservation Commission, snapshots are expected to be displayed on the contest website and mobile phone application.
All the photos can also be seen on the city of Palm Coast’s new Facebook page, www.facebook.palmcoastgov.com.
The contest also coincides with the release of the city’s new trail map, “Trek It Out.”
The brochure is available at the city offices and provides information about each trail and park in the city limits.
