Philip George Bleakley
1955-2021

Philip George Bleakley, 65, was called to his heavenly home on July 22, 2021. Phil was born in Ossining, NY on August 4, 1955 to the late Harold and Connie Bleakley.

Philip leaves behind his beloved wife of 47 years, Aquilda Bleakley; daughter, Alana Bleakley, and sons Philip Bleakley, Jr. (Stephanie) and Matthew Bleakley, sister, Roxanne Bleakley-Willoughby (Robert), grandkids, Justin Farrell, Anthony Bleakley, Allison Farrell, David Farrell, and Ethan Bleakley, and several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 9th at Quinn-Shalz Family Funeral Home 3600 Third Street South, Jacksonville, FL, 32250. A Graveside Service will be held at 1:30 PM, Friday, October 15th in Jacksonville National Cemetery.
