PALM COAST PERMITS
The following is an update for permit activity in the city Oct. 25 to Oct 31. Total number of all permits issued: 142.

Commercial permits issued:
• Commercial Industrial Corp. was issued a $13,000 permit for exterior repairs at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway in European Village.
• D-Eagle Enterprises was issued a $2,000 permit for a Christmas Tree Sales Tent at Lowe's at 315 Cypress Point Parkway.
• Lancia Custom Homes was issued a $2,000 permit for renovations at Carmelo’s Barber Shop at 15 Cypress Branch Way, Suite 202.
• Veritas Construction, Inc. was issued a $1,000 permit for renovations at Latino Market at 300 Palm Coast Parkway S.W., Unit 1 and 2.

Residential permits issued:
• CPG Construction was issued a $916,000 permit for a six-unit apartment building at 180 Brookhaven Court S.
• CPG Construction was issued a $611,000 permit for a four-unit apartment building at 181 Brookhaven Court S.
• CPG Construction was issued a $611,000 permit for a four-unit apartment building at 191 Brookhaven Court S.
• Intervest Construction was issued a $527,000 permit for a single-family residence at 132 Willow Oak Way.
• Olsen Custom Homes was issued a $436,000 permit for a single-family residence at 222 Willow Oak Way.
• Skyway Builders was issued a $322,000 permit for a single-family residence at 63 North Park Circle.
• Adams Homes was issued a $281,000 permit for a single-family residence at 34 Elias Lane.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $248,000 permit for a single-family residence at 9 Panei Lane.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $247,000 permit for a single-family residence at 19 Raintree Place.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $232,000 permit for a single-family residence at 10 Zonal Geranium Trail.
• Auburn Homes was issued a $213,000 permit for a single-family residence at 167 Underwood Trail.
• Adams Homes was issued a $175,000 permit for a single-family residence at 135 Beechwood Lane.
• US Aluminum was issued an $89,000 permit for an addition at 54 Scarlet Oak Drive.
• Roman Building Contractors was issued a $30,000 permit for alterations at 152 Beechwood Lane.
• Jose Lopez Constructions was issued a $14,000 permit for an addition at 11 Sailfish Drive.
• Harkins Construction was issued a $13,000 permit for an addition at 13 Edmond Place.
• Affordable Aluminum was issued an $8,000 permit for an addition at 66 Blarecastle Drive.
• US Aluminum was issued an $8,000 permit for an addition at 7 Scarlet Oak Drive.
• Budd Severino Advanced Homes was issued a $5,000 permit for alterations at 75 Foster Lane.

Development applications:
• Jade Consulting submitted a technical site plan for Dollar General at Town Center.
