PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts April 28 to May 2:

• Lawyer Mike D, PLLC, an attorney at 389 Palm Coast Parkway.
• Home-based businesses: To the T-Personal & Property Care Assistance, a janitorial service; Troy Telford Marine, a repair service; A Dream to Reality Events, a consultant, Palm Coast Painting LLC, a painting service; Desmond Cox Classic Cleaners, a janitorial service; Five Star Building Group Inc., a general contractor, roofing contractor and pool contractor; Aerios Images, a photo and video company; Eric V. Albertson, LLC, a handyman.

• KB Homes was issued a $290,000 permit for a single-family residence at 105 South Starling Road.
• KB Homes was issued a $290,000 permit for a single-family residence at 107 Spoonbill Drive.
• Keystone Homes was issued a $289,000 permit for a single-family residence at 23 Cleveland Court.
• KB Homes was issued a $254,000 permit for a single-family residence at 116 South Coopers Hawk Way.
• KB Homes was issued a $239,000 permit for a single-family residence at 213 Boulder Rock Drive.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $169,000 permit for a single-family residence at 103 Fountain Gate Lane.
• Intervest Consulting was issued a $107,000 permit for an addition at 18 Bickford Drive.
• Royal Plus Inc. was issued a $83,000 permit for alterations at 85 Colechester Lane
• Robert Dailey was issued a $25,000 permit for an addition at 1 Ehrly Place.
• Budd Severino was issued a $17,000 permit for an addition at 1 Katrina Court.
• Gulfstream Homes was issued a $17,000 permit for an addition at 61 Forsythe Lane.
• Budd Severino was issued a $15,000 permit for an addition at 17 Reidsville drive.
• A Certified Screen was issued a $14,000 permit for an addition at 68 Barring Place.

• A & H Windows was issued a $6,000 permit for alterations at 8 Lake Charles Place.
• Intervest Consulting was issued a $6,000 permit for an addition at 49 Creekside Drive.
• Encompass Enclosures was issued a $6,000 permit for an addition at 9 Graham Trail.
• A & H Windows was issued a $5,000 permit for alterations at 23 Chatham Place.

Occupancy permits issued:
• Movement Mortgage claimed occupancy at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, Unit 145.
• Mental Health Counseling claimed occupancy at 50 Leanni Way Unit B3.
• Richard Cashio Plastic Surgery claimed occupancy at 60 Memorial Medical Parkway, Suite 2802.

Certificates of occupancy issued:
• PC Bike was issued a certificate of occupancy at 25 Palm Harbor Village Way, Unit 9.

Application submittals:
• Clint Smith submitted applications for a subdivision master plan, rezoning, FLUM, annexation and contraction for Airport Commerce Center Phase 2.
