PERMITS: New doctor moves in on Palm Coast Parkway

PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts Nov. 18- 22:

• Delaware Elevator of Florida Inc. is an elevator contractor at 4 Office Park Drive.

• Home-based businesses: Mel’s Transportation Taxi service, a taxi service; E-F-Y Investigations, a private investigator; David Berwaldt Painting Inc., a painting service; TWD of Southeast LLC, an unclassified personal service; Tablecloth Service, an unclassified personal service; Pierside Press LLC, an internet business; Making It Look Good Inc., a landscaping service.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city Nov. 14-20. Total number of all permits issued: 171.

Commercial permit applications:
• Stanley Paul Hoelle applied for a $50,000 permit for interior renovations at The Legacy Academy childcare facility on the second floor of at 515 Palm Coast Parkway S.W.

• The Flagler County Board of County Commissioners applied for a $10,500 permit for parking lot light poles at the Flagler County Library, at 1500 Palm Coast Parkway N.W.

Residential permits issued:
• Intervest Construction was issued a $348,000 permit for a single-family residence at 42 Riverview Bend N.
• Keystone Homes was issued a $301,000 permit for a single-family residence at 9 Cedardale Court.
• Vanacore Construction was issued a $297,000 permit for a single-family residence at 39 Ellsworth Drive.
• Intervest Construction was issued a $276,000 permit for a single-family residence at 26 Lagare Street.
• Vanacore Construction was issued a $242,000 permit for a single-family residence at 134 Bridgehaven Drive.
• Wise Builders Inc. was issued a $9,000 permit for alterations at 45 Pittman Drive.
• US Aluminum was issued an $8,000 permit for an addition at 72 Seven Wonders Trail.
• Coastal Aluminum was issued a $6,000 permit for an addition at 4 Ripple Place.
• US Aluminum was issued a $3,700 permit for an addition at 107 Westchester Lane.
• Strong Inc. was issued a $1,000 permit for an addition at 15 Rocking Place.

Occupancy permits issued:
• We Are Here To Help Primary Care — Medical Office claimed occupancy at 4875 Palm Coast Parkway N.W., Unit 1.
• Dr. Aurora Perez/Eye Exams claimed occupancy at Target at 5100 E. State Road 100.
• Sun Leisure Products LLC swimming pool supplies claimed occupancy at 4490 N. U.S. Hwy 1 Unit 103.
• Stop By Us.Com Distribution Facility claimed occupancy at 3 Industry Drive.

Commercial certificates of occupancy:
• East Coast Building Corporation was issued a commercial certificate of occupancy for 101 Palm Harbor Parkway Unit 145 in European Village.
• Palm Coast Eye Physicians was issued a commercial certificate of occupancy for 391 Palm Coast Parkway Unit 2.

Application submittals:
• Cornerstone Building Company submitted a tier-one technical site plan for a four-building addition at Palm Coast Industrial Parking Lot.
• John Loudermilk submitted a development order modification for an addition of family footpaths for the Villages at Palm Coast Master Plan.

Development Orders:
• The Flagler County Board of County Commissioners submitted a tier-one technical site plan for intersection improvements at AFRC Belle Terre Boulevard.
• John Loudermilk submitted a development order modification for an addition of family footpaths for the Villages at Palm Coast Master Plan.
