The following is an update for permit activity in the city for June 25 to July 1. Total number of all permits issued: 202. Since 2009, $732 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Commercial permit applications
Stultz Inc. applied for a $700,000 application for a dental office at 782 Belle Terre Parkway.
Heritage Construction applied for a $24,000 application for renovations at Great Clips Hair Salon at 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Unit 404.
Heritage Construction applied for a $2,000 application for renovations at The Cork and Pint at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, B121.

Commercial permits issued
Machin Construction was issued a $30,000 permit for a 4,500-square-foot storage building at 4490 N. US Highway 1 Blvd, Unit D.
Hembree Construction was issued a $380,000 permit for a Palm Coast medical building and development site at 1270 Palm Coast Parkway NW.
Five Weatherproofing Technologies was issued a $37,000 permit for roof repairs at 1260 Palm Coast Parkway W., Unit 260.

Residential permits issued
D.R. Horton was issued a $399,000 permit for a single-family residence at 65 Club House Drive.
Adams Homes was issued a $321,000 permit for a single-family residence at 7 Renmont Place.
Seagate Homes was issued a $321,000 permit for a single-family residence at 27 Erickson Place.
D.R. Horton was issued a $296,000 permit for a single-family residence at 67 Club House Drive.
Adams Homes was issued a $285,000 permit for a single-family residence at 103 Belvedere Lane.
Seagate Homes was issued a $285,000 permit for a single-family residence at 17 Fernon Lane.
Seagate Homes was issued a $271,000 permit for a single-family residence at 11 Evansville Lane.
Skyway Builders Inc. was issued a $266,000 permit for a single-family residence at 21 Ellington Drive.
