PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts Sept. 9 to Sept. 13:

• Focaccia LLC is a restaurant at 85 Cypress Point Parkway.
• AMP Electric of Volusia County is a registered electrical contractor in South Daytona.
• Home-based businesses: Royal Palm Pest Control, a pest control service; Loving Angels Assisted Living Inc., an assisted living facility; Levern Green, a handyman service; Mandeville Manor, a group home; Parrot Ice, a mobile food vendor; Bamaco Disaster Response Group Inc., an unclassified personal service; Coastal Concierge & Housekeeping Service, a janitorial service.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city Sept. 6 to Sept 12. Total number of all permits issued: 153.

Commercial permit applications:
• Hausen Properties applied for a $185,000 permit for interior renovations at the Cue Note Billiard Room at 160 Cypress Point Parkway, Suite C116.
• Auburn Homes applied for a $2,100 permit for interior renovations at the Ciaobella Salon at 3 Cypress Branch Way, Unit 102.
• ServPro of Flagler County applied for a $100 permit for interior renovations at Tru Tech TV at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway.

Commercial permits issued:
• Wharton Smith was issued a $9,542,000 permit for a water treatment plant for the city of Palm Coast at 50 Citation Blvd.
• Biltmore Inc. was issued a $37,000 permit for GNC renovations at 800 Belle Terre Parkway.
• CW Hayes Construction was issued a $9,000 permit for a replace menu board, canopy, and clearance bar at 1020 Palm Coast Parkway N.W.
• The city of Palm Coast was issued a $2,500 permit for site development for scoreboards at North Belle Terre Park at 5455 Belle Terre Parkway.

Residential permits issued:
• Adams Homes of NW Fl. was issued a $215,000 permit for a single-family residence at 28 Slocum Path.
• Flagler Habitat for Humanity was issued a $152,000 permit for a single-family residence at 52 Sea Trail.
• Aluminum Creations was issued a $20,000 permit for an addition at 18 Roxboro Drive.
• Custom Home Improvements was issued a $16,000 permit for an addition at 87 Fellowship Drive.
• Jose Lopez Construction was issued a $14,000 permit for an addition at 37 Flagler Place.
• Affordable Aluminum was issued a $13,000 permit for an addition at 19 Lewis Drive.
• Fontanta Construction was issued a $8,000 permit for an alteration at 50 Brushwood Lane.
• Quality First Builders was issued a $6,500 permit for an alteration at 142 Laramie Drive.
• A Certified Screen was issued a $5,000 permit for an addition at 9 Ludlow Lane E.
• Hammock Home Improvements was issued a $5,000 permit for an addition at 8 Lakeside Place E.
