According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts June 22-26.

Farghaly Medical PLLC is a medical provider at 6 Florida Park Drive, Suite B.

• Home-based businesses: Total Lawn and Landscaping Solutions, landscaping; Marc C. Berenson, handyman.

PALM COAST PERMITS

The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Aug. 6-12. Total number of all permits issued: 133. Since 2009, $754 million in construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Commercial permit applications

Hausen Properties applied for an $6,000 application for WT Cafe interior renovations at 160 Cypress Point Parkway, Unit A106.

JGS Design applied for an $2,000 application for a 3N motion dance studio at 4 Office Park Drive, Unit 3.

Commercial permits issued

McCumber Homes was issued  two $250,000 permits to convert 40 units to 20 single-room suites at 4500 Palm Coast Parkway, Building A & B.

Residential permits issued

Holiday Builders Inc. was issued a $298,000 permit for a single-family residence at 29 Post View Drive .

Vanacore Construction was issued a $254,000 permit for a single-family residence at 4 Zodiac Place.

Holiday Builders Inc. was issued a $233,000 permit for a single-family residence at 12 Seaman Trail N.

Vanacore Construction was issued a $227,000 permit for a single-family residence at 21 Pheasant Drive.

Adams Homes of NW FL was issued a $203,000 permit for a single-family residence at 61 Karas Trail.

Paytas Homes was issued a $201,000 permit for a single-family residence at 116 Arena Lake Drive.

Roman Building Contractors was issued a $17,000 permit for an alteration at 82 Piedmont Drive.

Harkins Construction was issued a $12,000 permit for an alteration at 106 Wellington Drive.

G & T Contractor Services was issued a $9,000 permit for an alteration at 14 Auberry Drive.

Aluminum Creations Corp. was issued an $8,000 permit for an addition at 58 Zebulahs Trail.

Screen Machines was issued a $7,000 permit for an addition at 21 White Deer Lane.

Occupancy Permit

Robert E. Dickinson was issued an occupancy permit for Landscape Architect-Dickinson Consulting at 33 Old Kings Road N., Suite 1.

Robert Cuff was issued an occupancy permit for Robert Cuff PA at 33 Old Kings Road N., Suite 1.

Michael Beebe was issued an occupancy permit for Golf Course Degign-Beebe and Associates at 33 Old Kings Road N., Suite 1.

Samuel Crissenger was issued an occupancy permit for Engineering-England Thims & Miller at 33 Old Kings Road N., Suite 1.

Development Order of Application

Dimare Design Group Inc. applied for a development order for a technical site plan tier 1 for Christ the King Early Learning Center at 5625 N. US1 Highway.

Bank of America was issued a development order for Application No. 2901 to make ADA related changes to parking spaces and sidewalks on the north side of the building at 4850 Belle Terre Parkway.
