The city issued 161 permits May 19-25.

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts for May 30 to June 2.

 

  • Commercial-based business: Mattress One, a retail store at 250 Palm Coast Parkway; TAG Ventures Real Estate, a real estate branch office at 25 Old Kings Road
  • Home-based business: Castles and Capes Entertainment, an entertainment services; EZ Graphic Design and more, a graphic design; Eye tech Training Inc., a consultant service

 

Permits

The following is an update for permit activity in the city for May 19-25. Total number of permits issued: 161. Since January 2009, $914,942,262 construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Commercial Permits Issued

Albu and Associates was issued a $1,470,000 permit for Chase Bank at 214 Palm Coast Parkway NE.

Commercial Construction was issued a $125,000 permit for interior alterations at 6 Commerce Blvd.

Residential Permits

Maronda Homes was issued a $328,000 permit for a single-family residence at 9 Pythian Place.

Maronda Homes was issued a $317,000 permit for a single-family residence at 161 Birchwood Drive.

Holiday Builders was issued a $255,000 permit for a single-family residence at 47 Burning Bush Drive.

Holiday Builders was issued a $239,000 permit for a single-family residence at 13 Woodshaw Lane.

Holiday Builders was issued a $206,000 permit for a single-family residence at 23 Butterfield Drive.

Paytas Homes was issued a $200,000 permit for a single-family residence at 121 Arena Lake Drive.

Seagate Homes was issued a $196,000 permit for a single-family residence at 23 Riverside Lane.

Occupancy Permit

Kathy Austrino was issued an occupancy permit for TAG Ventures Real Estate at 25 Old Kings Road N.

Certificate of Occupancy

ML Underwood Construction was issued an occupancy permit for $187,000 for Florida Autism Center at 515 Palm Coast Parkway.
