Permit update: path and road extensions on the way

A total of 110 permits were issued through the city between Oct. 19 and Oct. 26.

A commercial site development permit was issued to the city of Palm Coast, for a multi-use path on 10000 Whiteview Parkway.

A technical-site-plan application was also submitted Oct. 21 by Carl Cote, for phase two of a capital project roadway extension at Palm Harbor Parkway.

Two commercial permit applications were issued, as well, one for $324,000, for Primera Iglesia Bautista, at 5500 Belle Terre Parkway, and another for $6,700, for E’lans Hair Studio, at 99 Old Kings Road.

An occupancy permit was also issued, to Jay Crubow, at 210 Old Kings Road.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Maronda Homes, Inc. Florida, for a $231,350 single-family home at 61 Selma Trail. The largest renovation permit was issued to Hammock Home Improvements, for an $11,000 addition to 6 Radnor Place.
