Permit update: Palm Coast builders doin' work

A total of 102 permits were applied for through the city between Thursday, July 7, and Wednesday, July 13.

An $85,000 commercial building permit was issued to Signal Point Systems for interior renovations to Aarons Rental Store, at 229 St. Joe Plaza Drive S.W. Four other commercial permits were issued, including one for $11,000 condo deck renovations, at 60 Clubhouse Drive; one for a $7,000 addition to Matschel of Flagler, at 77 Hargrove Grade; and one for a $2,400 job at M&M Supermarket, at 4984 Palm Coast Parkway.

One occupancy order was issued, as well, to Palm Coast Kitchen/Cabinetry Sales, at 4984 Palm Coast Parkway.

A commercial certificate of occupancy was also issued to Baxter Technologies, at 15 Hargrove Grade.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to SeaGate Homes, for a $281,000 single-family dwelling at 58 Riverbend Drive. A $25,000 renovation permit was issued to Lancia Custom Homes, for an addition to 21 Cedarview Court.
