If Belle Terre Parkway is on your daily driving route, you may have noticed the construction work on the church’s entrance.

When construction on the Belle Terre Parkway widening project began a year ago, the original signage at Palm Coast United Methodist Church had to be removed.

Now, as of Friday. Feb. 11, a new-and-improved sign once again represents the church.

But that’s not the only improvement that has been made to the property over the last few years.

The entire campus has been re-landscaped, with new bushes and trees, said Joe Cotie, who took the lead on the renovation project.

The church has also refurbished the fellowship hall and added a room specifically for the youth group. The sanctuary was also repainted.
