Panera Bread submits construction permit to city

A total of 79 permits were issued through the city between Thursday, Sept. 29, and Wednesday, Oct. 5.

One occupancy permit was issued to Konstantin Druzuenko, for Computer Pro, at 4982 Palm Coast Parkway.

Two technical site plan development orders were also issued to the city of Palm Coast, for a multiuse path on Whiteview Parkway and reconstruction to the Palm Harbor Bridge.

A $992,086 permit application was submitted by Schmid Construction, as well, for a Panera Bread Restaurant at 5860 State Road 100 E.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Vanacore Construction, for a $300,000 single-family home at 18 Edith Lane. The largest renovation permit was issued to By the Shore Inc., for an $18,000 alteration to 18 Clarendon Court.
